Refund & Exchange Policy
Effective From: July 2025
At Gurindera Trading Company, we take quality control and client satisfaction seriously. All our products are inspected, batch-tested, and packaged with care to meet industrial standards. However, we understand that there may be rare cases where returns, exchanges, or refunds are necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which such requests are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications mentioned in the order.
- The product is not opened, used, or altered in any way.
- The issue is reported within 3 business days of delivery.
- The original packaging, labeling, and documentation (COA, MSDS, invoice) are intact.
Note: Due to the chemical nature of many products, opened containers or tampered seals are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-ordered or repackaged chemicals
- Products with damaged or missing labels
- Materials altered or mixed after delivery
- Expired products due to delayed usage or improper storage
- Variations in color, texture, or minor physical properties within industry tolerance limits
3. Return Procedure
If your order meets the eligibility criteria:
- Contact our support team at support@gurinderatrading.com or call +91-XXXXXXXXXX within 3 business days of delivery.
- Share your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll initiate a return approval and share instructions for pickup or drop-off.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed and unused.
- After inspection, we will issue a replacement, credit note, or refund depending on the case.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned item passes inspection:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For NEFT or Bank Transfer, please allow up to 10 days after submission of bank details.
- Refunds will not be provided in cash.
- In the case of bulk or high-volume orders, refunds may be processed as a credit note for future use.
5. Exchange Policy
- If an incorrect grade or variant was supplied by us, a replacement of the correct product will be sent at no additional cost.
- In all other eligible exchange cases, additional charges may apply depending on price difference, transport, or repackaging.
- Exchanges are processed only after the original item is returned and inspected.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the error is on our side (wrong product, damaged on arrival, etc.), we will cover the full return shipping cost.
- In all other cases, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order is treated as final.
- For cancelled prepaid orders, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing to orders@gurinderatrading.com with your order ID.
